Leading manufacturer of fragrance and cosmetic delivery products based in Farmingdale, NY, is looking for a dynamic Production Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with internal departments, vendors, and clients from high-end fashion and fragrance houses, guiding production jobs from development to delivery.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree.
administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with SAGE 100 is a plus.
French language skills are an advantage.

Coordinate and manage client production needs.
Communicate with internal teams and customers.
Oversee job workflows, from documenting specifications to tracking schedules.
Manage purchase orders, materials, and artwork files.
