What You Will Be Doing Our Production Controller performs administrative tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, documentation and audits of jobs.
Answering calls and routing to appropriate team member Creating and maintaining a Central Job File for each job and ancillary files where needed Ensuring the Project Managers maintain complete and accurate data to enable efficient and effective production management Professionally and effectively addressing customer and adjuster concerns and following through to resolution Assisting in project tracking and reporting Inputting data, managing and uploading files What You Need for this Position Previous office/administrative experience Prior admin experience within disaster restoration, commercial cleaning, construction or insurance Familiarity with DASH and other restoration industry programs is ideal (Xactimate, MICA, XactAnalysis, Xactware) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and attention to detail So, if you are a go-getter with strong administrative skills that have been previously applied with restoration, commercial cleaning, construction or insurance, please apply today!
