Position Summary:
The Production Coordinator will provide support to the Production Department with various job duties that assist to maintain continuous flow in operations.
Responsibilities:
* Pipeline Data Reconciliation
* Transportation scheduling
* Analyze trends
* Accurately order additives/raw material
* Coordinate inventory management
* Reconcile spreadsheets
* Coordinate waste
* Conduct email correspondence
* Research new products
* Set up appointments with vendors
* Assist in internal and external audits
* Transportation scheduling
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant industrial manufacturing experience
* Proficient computer skills, specifically MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
* SAP experience highly preferred
* Must be able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
* Must be able to work closely with the production team to anticipate production needs
* Good interpersonal skills with a wide range of people and positions
* Must have great attention to detail with excellent time management skills
* Excellent coordination skills
