We are seeking a talented, motivated, and service-minded individual to join the team as a Production Coordinator in our Phoenix, Arizona location.

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Key responsibilities for Production Coordinator include:
Management of cycle counts, inventory and supply purchases, including ordering, monitoring, receiving, and authorizing of paymentEnsuring equipment is inspected, utilizing evaluation checklist and service logs; scheduling outside vendor service and/or maintenance based on service agreements Overseeing production quality inspections and signoffs based on facility standardsAssisting management with administrative tasks, such as: document preparation and file management; data entry into relevant systems, databases, spreadsheets and organizational software; special project facilitation; handling calls, emails, memos, appointment schedulingWorking with internal recruiting resources to screen potential new hires
The ideal candidate for Production Coordinator must demonstrate:
Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple long- and short-term projects meeting all related deadlines Strong organizational skills and high degree of attention to detailIndependent judgment, proactive thinking, and strong analytical capabilities Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of people inside and outside the organizationExcellent interpersonal, collaborative, supervisory, leadership, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group/variety of people and personalities
Education, Experience and Credentials
Required: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired: 2+ Year's related experience; experience in similar role preferredPreferred: Experience in the flexo printing industryPreferred: Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO/BRC quality systems
