Description
Guardian is rapidly expanding and needs a highly motivated self-starter to join our Production Team.
The Production Coordinator would be responsible for scheduling projects and seeing each project through its life cycle, as well as being point of contact with each customer through all stages of the project.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, an exceptional multitasker, have excellent verbal and communication skills, exercise good decision making and will thrive in a team environment.
You will also be be responsible for purchase orders and being hands on with technicians and detailing project descriptions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer service by managing a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails and text messages.
Coordinating with customers regarding scheduling and maintaining communication up to and after the job, performing quality control calls after project completion.
Contract review and scheduling for 120 to 400 work orders per month.
Responsible for timely customer communication for current and previous projects within your department.
Act as liaison between Customer, Production department and estimators through phone calls, text and email communication.
Collect final payment on all completed jobs, maintaining 90% collection rate within your department.
Becoming a subject matter expert on Guardian's warranties, memberships and work orders.
Work directly with the production manager for coordinating change orders, callbacks, warranties, and walkthroughs.
Assist Production Manager with department schedule to meet expected revenue by correctly prioritizing work orders.
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC or similar industry required.
Experience working with homeowners highly desired.
1+ year of ServiceTitan or similar Project Management software strongly preferred.
Highly organized and possess the ability to multitask.
Capable of quickly making decisions and problem solving when supporting customers over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of collections and accounts receivable (AR).
Ability to empathize with customers and team members, and work independently or in a group setting.
Ability to adapt in an a fast-paced environment influenced by weather and customer needs.
Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

LOCATION AND SHIFT
Auburn, WA.
This is a fully on-site position.
9:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday.
Weekend availability as needed highly preferred
