As a Production Coordinator, you will be a critical member of our content team, supporting the creation and delivery of high-impact communications materials. This role requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring our productions run smoothly and efficiently, staying on budget and on schedule. Some travel to support on-location productions will be required.
What you'll do…
Scheduling & Production Management:Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules, from pre-production through post-production, utilizing the most efficient project management tools and techniques. Specific responsibilities include developing (or if working with an agency, co-developing) production schedules, owning responsibility for talent and prop prep, vehicle transportation, vehicle and technology software readiness, and weather monitoring as it pertains to travel and shoot locations,
Budget Management:Working with the finance team, manage and track production budgets from multiple vendors, ensuring projects remain within allocated funds. Proactively identify and address potential budget overruns.
Rights & Licensing Coordination:Collaborate effectively with the company's rights and licensing team to ensure all necessary clearances are obtained for production assets.
On-Location Support:Willingness and ability to travel to support productions on-location, providing on-site coordination and assistance as needed.
Asset Management:Collect and archive all appropriate project assets into the Digital Asset Management System upon project completion adhering to established metadata standards.
You'll have…
Bachelors degree or equivalent
2-3 years or Experience in a production environment (film, video, advertising, or similar).
2-3 years of Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
