As the Production Director at Wildflower, you will be responsible for overseeing the product's vision as well as crafting the production processes required to repeatedly ship stellar games. You will maintain a healthy, collaborative, and productive team and support all publisher/developer relationships.

Responsibilities: Lead team in the development and evolution of the game's vision and strategyEnsure key game features and product choices further the strategic vision of the productMonitor production outcomes and drive any necessary pivots to the product roadmap in service of delivering on product commitmentsEffectively prioritize product and team decisions at the organizational level and orchestrate product level strategic pivots based on analysis of data and new informationHolistically responsible for a game from ideation, prototype, pre-production and beyond, directing all aspects of game developmentBuild a high functioning team of developers to execute the strategic vision of the productManage the team's overall execution strategy, identifying critical path issues, removing roadblocks, and driving efficiency and accountability in executionLead the team to excellence, while fostering a positive team culture and an environment that motivates developers to bring their best effort at all timesContinuously assess team and leadership capabilities to ensure that the product teams are set up for successEncourage a learning environment in which constructive feedback is given and the entire team is constantly developing a deep understanding and empathy for our players to make player-focused decisions Required Experience & Skills: 6 years of production experience and/or at least 3 shipped game titles for this roleExtensive publisher relations and third-party vendor experienceSubstantial experience in previous roles as Producer for a video game companyEntrepreneurial mindset and organization development skillsAble to instill a healthy and strong growth mindset within an entire organizationExperience leading and functioning in ambiguous, collaborative environmentsExperience leading and mentoring production team membersExperience maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholdersDemonstrated success building relationships across a variety of disciplinesExperience with iterative development methodologiesDeep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practicesExperience in console and/or PC developmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodicallyExperience with remote work and coordinating work across multiple time zonesLeadership and mentorship skills Salary Range: $185,000-$270,000 per year
