Responsibilities Ensure daily production requirements are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, processes operate at optimum level in regard to quality and output. Track OEE for continuous improvement, provide monthly report to Operations manager and work with operations/maintenance team to address the bad actors. Implement and develop key process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing performance (OEE, Production cycles, and Yield/off grades). Work with cross-functional teams to develop improvement projects on safety, quality, process, equipment, procedures. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Provide process documentation and operating instructions. Conduct tests and monitor the process performance throughout production with troubleshooting problems associated with production processes and losses. Supervise the logistics, packaging, and water treatment plant activities to ensure day-to-day business goals are achieved. Investigate and respond to all safety, environment, and other incidents involving production employees and ensure adherence to all rules, policies, and procedures. Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, JSAs, and other related documents. Provide technical support and PSSR and safety review. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's in chemical engineering. Work Experience: 3+ years' experience in Chemical or related manufacturing operation is a strong advantage. Special Skills: Knowledge of PSM and PHA's, Excellent Technical skills, Knowledge of process standards, continuous improvement methodologies, lean and six sigma, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, PFD's, P&ID's. What we offer you: Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $81,200 to $108,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
