Responsibilities
Work with shift Coordinator/Supervisor to prioritize work requests, and track the status of all jobs.
Directs team members to various work locations to pick up/receive work orders to be returned to the Forms team for processing.
Monitor incoming volumes and Must Mail Lists throughout the shift and keep management informed of any potential capacity problems.
Utilize reports to reconcile daily incoming (requested) orders to ensure that all requests are completed on a timely basis to meet SLAs.
Advise management of potential problems meeting client SLAs and recommend tactical plans to address these issues.
Ensure the timely completion of priority (e.g., must mail/overnights) jobs by working with QC/insertion/shipping instructions with the Production Department.
Monitor quality by reviewing materials as jobs are being scanned and monitor Control Envelopes as they are moved throughout the process.
Provide timely feedback on concerns with quality or other issues to leadership.
Provide Verbal Turnovers for Incoming Shifts as well as receive Verbal Turnovers from Outgoing shifts.
Communicate file issues and other concerns to all teams (including but not limited to; Print, QA, Production, Client Services and Systems).
Communications should be professional and well written.
Follow ups are required to ensure client SLAs are met.
Work with Leaders to ensure new products/clients are properly tested.

standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
