Production Labor

We're seeking a hard-working individual to join a talented metal production team in Beaver Dam on 1st shift.  If you're passionate about hard work, precision, and delivering exceptional results , we want to hear from you. Candidates should note that this is primarily a manual labor position that includes heavy lifting throughout the shift.  Direct hire  with a family-owned company, meaning paid time off in your first year, 401K match, health, and dental insurance. This company is seeking a long-term fit to add to their production team.

 
Pay: $20 - $22/ hour, based on experience
Schedule : Monday - Friday 5:00am-3:30pm (Weekends off)

 
Job responsibilities: Lifting throughout shift, occasionally up to 100lbs Use shaker to remove excess material from parts; LOTS of vibration Standing for the duration of the shift Sorting parts by part number Experience and skills: Heavy manufacturing experience required Construction (concrete and drywall) experience has done well Solid work history Ability to read, basic math, and mechanical aptitude About us:
