**Production Manager**
**Overview:** The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, timely production, and adherence to budget and quality standards.
A background in machining is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement production schedules and coordinate material availability.
+ Lead and train production staff, fostering teamwork and growth.
+ Analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
+ Maintain quality standards and collaborate with quality assurance teams.
+ Promote safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
+ Assist in budget management and monitor production costs.
+ Collaborate with other departments to align on production goals and communicate updates effectively.

**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
