Production Manager

Our Client is a leading manufacturer of medical devices in Fort Collins, CO, and we are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring we deliver high-quality devices on time and within budget.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production staff, including planning, scheduling, and performance management. Develop and implement production processes that optimize efficiency and quality control. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO etc.) for medical device manufacturing. Manage production budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Oversee inventory control and ensure a steady supply of materials. Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and purchasing departments. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular training. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and throughput. Generate production reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing (highly preferred). Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent knowledge of quality control principles and procedures (ISO, Six Sigma etc.). Experience with project management and production planning tools (MRP, ERP etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
