Primary: Responsible to comply with all Quality and Food Safety Management standards and/or systems to ensure continual improvement and effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System with the ability to satisfy our customers and provide products that are in accordance to their intended use and safe for human consumptionOversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources are on handMonitor and make all adjustments necessary on running of productionIn charge of production speed and quality of product producedResponsible for placement and supervision of employeesAssist with timesheets records for department employeesDelegate job responsibility to other employeesTraining of employees in their jobsMaintain safe operations in all areasSupervise Team Leaders, Lead Person, Machine Operators and Product Team MembersManages budget efficiently and partners with Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing to ensure budget adherenceLeads sanitation team and ensures the proper efforts are executed to comply with Safety standardsModels excellence in Occupational Safety and Quality Standards,Participates regularly in GMP audits and activitiesEnsures direct repots are executing and meeting expectationsCoaches and develops direct reports and team membersImplements and monitors programs and policies are followed that include Safety, Quality, Environmental.Maintain strong partnership with Quality, Human Resources, Finance and Procurement teams.Secondary: Take care of special projects as assignedFollow and enforce company policiesFollow and enforce safety proceduresFollow and enforce food safety programsOther duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the job
Qualifications:
