Production Manager

Job Summary
Main Duties
Ensure compliance with all HSE and EA Regulatory requirements.

Responsible and accountable for the safe execution and delivery of the manufacturing schedule,
Responsible and accountable for the delivery of Continuous Improvement initiatives within the productiondepartment.

Be accountable in meeting production, financial and operational KPI's.

Work closely with other departments in the idea generation and delivery of cost saving improvements.

Manage team development and succession planning programs.

Drive change through the Production department
Act as lead for all operational incident investigations.

Develop and improve SOP's and working practices.

Work closely with Engineering in ensuring maintenance schedules are managed effectively.
Required Skills
Excellent listening, coaching and communication skills
A track record in managing change through the business
Required Experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience
