Production Manager

Job Title : Production Manager Location : Waterloo, IA 50703 Duration : Full time Job Description: 3 plus years' experience in a supervisory role in a meat processing plant preferably pork. Familiarity with processing floor operation is a plus; HACCP certification a plus understanding of basic HACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification Knowledge of fresh meats processing a plus 1 plus years' experience in a supervisory role. Two years employment at Tyson or equivalent experience preferred. Familiarity with processing floor operation is a plus; HACCP certification a plus understanding of basic HACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification; knowledge of fresh meats processing a plus. Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections; fixed ladders stairs steps etc. able to tolerate environmental conditions in responsibility; the temperature in most of the areas range from 28 - 45 degrees.
