Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors, operators, and support staff, to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the manufacturing facility. Optimize production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Military veteran with proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience in production management, with a track record of meeting production targets and driving process improvements. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational goals. Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Proficient in using productivity software and ERP systems to manage production operations.
