Production Operator

Job Overview:
Join food ingredients and bio-industrial team to help innovate and provide solutions for manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies.
The Production Operator will be responsible for process monitoring, product sampling analysis, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient operations in a refinery environment.
You will also be working with corn syrup, high-pressure steam, and heavy mobile power equipment, ensuring safety through adherence to policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:
Monitor and control processes to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Perform product sampling and analysis.
Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of process equipment and instrumentation.
Ensure adherence to safety policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Assist in the efficient operation of equipment and support safety initiatives.
Complete and coordinate necessary permits for equipment operation.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in a refinery environment.
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to work at heights above 12 feet and wear fall protection.
Must provide your own steel-toed boots.
Work Environment:
Food processing environment involving corn syrup and high-pressure steam.
Heavy mobile equipment and refinery operations.
