The Impact Youll Make in this Role
As a Production Planner Assembler, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
+ Leading with initiative to identify production opportunities and help meet production output requirements
+ Using organizational skills to manage inventory in stockroom and create kits for mechanical assemblers
+ Implementing their knowledge when assembling and testing electronic components to print specifications
+ Rotational balancing of the product to specification and processing parts for external operations
+ Determining the type of process to diagnose the performance and repairing electrical small motor assemblies
+ Supporting the production area by performing a wide variety of responsibilities
+ Creating a process to better assist in the creation of production plans, expediting product, and ensuring quality
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start
+ Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience in private, public, government or military environment
+ Requires taking and scoring Medium or High in the Global Advanced Manufacturing Battery Test (GAMB)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong conceptual skills.
+ One (1) year of related electronic / electrical experience
+ Strong conceptual skills
+ Excellent verbal communication skills
Work location: Onsite Royersford, PA.
