Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate production time, orders, requirements, delivery time, and material matching information to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.- Analyze and summarize production costs and identify cost optimization opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability.- Monitor and track the output of order demands and adjust the range of battery cells according to daily reports to optimize the production schedule and meet customer needs.- Manage and distribute materials according to the production schedule, ensuring safety stock and accuracy of material distribution.- Set up an inventory warning system and communicate with headquarters to arrange the arrival of materials within the safety stock warning line.- Verify and update material changes for production orders according to the material matching table, ensuring accuracy in material distribution.- Coordinate with headquarters material control to push orders or allocate stagnant and aging materials in the warehouse, applying the first-in, first-out principle for material recycling.- Track and oversee the preparation, shipment, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery time of materials, handling any abnormal situations to ensure smooth supply.- Maintain and record material accounts in the component material room and MRO room, ensuring completeness and clarity of incoming and outgoing documents.- Verify the consistency and accuracy of the ledger, system, and physical items.- Order and procure MRO materials based on production requirements and inventory levels, tracking delivery status and material quality.
