Essential Functions:

• Process client deliverables, including tax returns, extensions, and notice responses in an accurate and timely manner following quality control standards.
• Proofread and format client deliverables (e.g., financial statements, annual reports, proposals, presentations, etc.)
in an accurate and timely manner.
• Communicate project deadlines, status updates and workflow questions.
• Proactively plan work to meet client deliverable deadlines.
• Assist in the delivery of tax organizers, including scanning and verification of client data, including Forms 8879s.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of client engagement letters.
• Assist with office environment, including, maintaining a neat and orderly appearance, greeting clients, supply ordering and stocking.
• Coordinates/assists with all internal firm meals and events.
• Scheduling, managing, and meeting preparation as needed.
• Coordinate business lunches, travel planning and arrangements, tenant work orders, and delivery/courier services as assigned.
• Communicate project deadlines, status updates and workflow questions.
• Assist in the preparation of client engagement letters.
• Support Firm professionals and Operations Teams.
• Assist in the coordination of CPE presentations, validation, certification, and recordation, including the renewal of individual licensees.
• Firm registration renewals for OSCPA and AICPA licenses.
• Assist with expense reports for the Partners.
• Acts as backup to the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
• Other special projects as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 40 pounds. This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Position Type/Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to comply with checklists and reference tools.
• Client service oriented (both internal and external).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Demonstrates ability to problem solve.
• Advances working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adept at learning new technology.
• Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.
• Will require some overtime hours.

The target compensation for this role includes an hourly range of $24 to $30 that is dependent on experience (DOE).
