Production Supervisor

As a Production Group Leader, responsible for supervising a group of employees to develop business processes, manage production operations and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

Ability to coordinate, manage and lead people.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict.
Basic computer proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, typing, email etc.)
Prior supervision experience.
Experience in Automotive manufacturing/production environment.
Experience in a JIT (just in time)
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
