Responsibilities
• Ensure employee development and competencies• Maintain a safe work environment• Meet quality objectives and ensure adherence to GMPs• Coach employees and report variances in achievement of targets• Ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions and policies• Manage employee and industrial relations• Distribute skills effectively to achieve production plan• Launch new products to the market• Maintenance of installations• Review daily maintenance effectiveness
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience• Minimum 5 years related work experience• Ability to maintain a safe working environment• Excellent communication skills• Excellent people skills• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills• Intermediate level computer skills
