Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
This position requires a high level of expertise in managing production workers, strong communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish and computer literacy.
Skills needed for success in this position are: leadership, listening, communication, computer and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-       Oversee and manage in-house projects from start to finish.
-       Create and maintain internal job tag system.
-       Coordinate and schedule work activities for the production team.
-       Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
-       Conduct regular tank trailer inspections for repair work estimates.
-       Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
-       Monitor and track project progress, including labor hours and expenses.
-       Professional customer interaction.
-       Be a team player and assist team members with demanding projects.
-       Update internal software program with project updates.
-       Manage 10-person production team.
-       Operate Yard Spotter and Forklifts.
-       Manage Field Job work and communication with management and customer.
-       Be willing to travel to out of state field work jobs.
-       Manage inventory & supply procurement.
-       Manage/coordinate all shipping and receiving and documentation.
-       Operate and maintain steam generator.
Training is available.
-       Building Maintenance.
-       Daily huddles with Management.
-       Track employee hours.
-       Procure inspection sheets.
-       Provide DOT Inspection Reports to customers.
-       Maintain DOT Log
Skills:
-       Operate at a high level to execute multiple tasks daily.
-       Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills.
-       Explicit listening and detailed speaking skills.
-       Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
-       Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
-       Attention to details.
-       Bilingual, Spanish and English.
Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
-       Excellent computer operating skills.
-       Strong focus and prioritization skills.
-       Ability to execute at a high level.
-    Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
