Competitive Compensation: Earn between $80K - $100K plus a 15% bonus, based on your experience and education.What You'll Be Doing: Shift Management: Oversee and coordinate all activities related to your production shift to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining quality.
Team Leadership: Directly supervise 20-30 employees, developing a cohesive team to solve operational issues and achieve performance goals.
Process Improvement: Identify and resolve bottlenecks using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Performance Standards: Set and achieve targets regarding safety, line utilization, and quality.
Change Leadership: Effectively lead change initiatives to drive business improvements while minimizing the impact on people.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to solve operational challenges.
KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators, anticipate issues, and correct trends to meet financial targets.What You'll Need: Educational Background: BS/BA required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of leadership or project management experience in manufacturing, military, college, or business settings.
Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-directed and quick to learn.
Flexibility: Willingness to work off-shifts as needed.Bonus Points For: Continuous Improvement: Experience with lean, six-sigma, TPM, and similar methodologies.
