Job Description: We're seeking a hands-on leader to supervise production employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
As a Production Supervisor, you'll balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, all while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead production teams, set expectations, and monitor performance.Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.Resolve employee issues and foster growth through coaching and development.Maintain workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and personnel.Conduct accident investigations and track absenteeism.Promote collaboration and cooperation across departments. Requirements: 3+ years of leadership and manufacturing experience (highly preferred).Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a cold environment (around 35°F).Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
