Production Supervisor

JDP is seeking a Third shift Production Supervisor in Williamsport, PA area! The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Assisting the development of team goals, objectives, standards and expectations. Build partnerships within departmental lines to achieve team results. Provide insight in encouraging others to try new approaches and solve day to day opportunities. Drive individual accountability and ownership results. Foster accountability for direct reports to include safety, quality delivery, and cost. Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree 3+ years supervisory experience preferred Previous manufacturing experience Leadership experience strongly preferred. Previous experience with labor planning and scheduling.
