Production Support Consultant

Job Title: Production Support Consultant Location: Austin, TX; Sunnyvale, CA (On-site) Duration: 6 Months Implementation Partner: Infosys End Client: To be disclosed Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 years production support experience.
Must have very good analytical skill to identify root cause Must have problem solving ability to unblock the users ASAP Understanding of Java (preferrable Full Stack) and Spring boot and capability to debug and find the root cause Mindset to automate the processes to reduce effort in production monitoring or issue resolving Responsibilities include: Support different NPI applications running in Production Collaborate with different business users and support/ unblock then to run the continuous business flow Identify the root cause of different bottlenecks and issues happening in Live environments Proactive monitoring and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness ofapplications Able to do small fixes/ hot fixes to deploy that maintain business continuity Able to write utilities to upload data or to automate different support processes.
