Production Support

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ Must be USC or GC for this role W2 opportunity (no C2C) Note: Production support experience is mandatory.
Coding experience is a valuable addition but should be considered secondary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding with JSON, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and Unix Shell Script.
Experience with observability monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELF, Dynatrace, or other open-source tools).
Hands-on experience in building APIs, microservices, and working with application performance monitoring tools.
Familiarity with scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Python, and Java.
IT Service Management (ITSM): Good understanding of ITSM concepts, which are crucial for managing IT services and ensuring they meet business needs.
Production Support Experience: Experience in production support, service delivery, or operations support environments.
bility to conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot application and system issues, and contribute to preventive maintenance.
Security Background: background in security, particularly in authentication and cybersecurity, is advantageous.
Disaster Recovery and Resiliency: Experience in participating in disaster recovery testing and implementing resiliency measures for applications and platforms.
