About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Production Technician who is eager to learn and develop in the optical field onsite in Obetz, Ohio.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, open to feedback, and looking to grow their career.
If you are open to light physical labor (frames and lenses for eye glasses) and working with a fantastic team to help people everywhere buy more affordable glasses, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll have the opportunity to move up in the organization based on performance reviews.
Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
Compensation: Starting $17 + $1.50 shift differential ($18.50/hour)
Responsibilities: Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer ordersPrepping and loading lenses into machinesBeginner level mounting lenses into framesPlacing of receipted goods into correct locationsMaintain good housekeeping, 6SEnsure daily / monthly KPI's are metAdherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e.
