Nature World Nature's World is a Charlie's Produce company and is an employee owned and operated business that started at the Walker Family kitchen table in Lake Tapps, Washington.
They have been delivering premium dried fruit, nuts, trail mixes, candies and other snacks since January of 1987.
Today the company operates out of Seattle, WA and is seeking a Production Associate for our Nature World production team.

Additional Compensation Details: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Dependant on Experience and Location of Role Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
Responsibilities
Schedule Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
6:00am-2:30pm
The Role The Production Associate will assist with the operation of the production line(s) of individual snack food items.
Manually run the label machine, refilling labels, adjustments of rails and head heights, accurate placement of labels on tubs, etc.
Train new employees on GMPs, sanitation, mixing, production, and labeling.
Qualifications
Requirements Successful completion of application process Must be able to pass drug and background check Have good personal hygiene practices Must have reliable form of transportation Must be flexible / dependable to work on days scheduled Ability to follow directions and quickly transition Basic math skills and ability to adjust and read weight scales Able to work in fast paced work environment Able to work with a small team Able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long lengths of time The ability to stop production if they feel there is a safety hazard Ability to safely work with and around nuts Hear from Charlie's employees Supplemental Information This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
