Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant to join the LA office of an AM 100 Law Firm. The ideal candidate would have a background in both corporate law and litigation. The daily responsibilities would include:
CalendaringMaking travel arrangementsOpening new mattersAssisting with conflicts and billingE-filing in State and Federal CourtsHeavy document drafting including opening new matters, creating shells, drafting engagement letters and documents, and transcribing handwritten notesThe ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal support experience and experience in the responsibilities mentioned above. The role is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, offering great benefits and solid compensation.
