Status: Full Time, Exempt As a mission driven, community-based organization, MVP Health Care strives to create healthier communities. The Health Promotion and Program Analytics professional plays an integral role within the Health Promotion team by supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of both worksite and community well-being programs across MVP's footprint for all lines of business. The professional will be responsible for applying evidence-based best practices towards the development and execution of programs and resources, supporting the coordination of health promotion events, and assisting with program communications and partner/vendor relationships. The professional will also be expected to utilize reputable data sources, analytical tools and other data sources to develop actionable reporting to support and guide overall strategy and program delivery. They will do this under the guidance of the Leader, of Health Promotion. Programs and interventions will be implemented across multiple modalities, should be adaptable to all learning styles, and tailored, as needed, to the audience.

In addition to supporting the Health Promotion team in operationalizing strategies to engage MVP members in healthy lifestyles, the professional will also support the team with operational functions including budget tracking assistance, processing of vendor payments, ordering materials and managing inventory, data organization, and reporting requests. The professional will be expected to actively contribute to and facilitate processes and projects involving data compilation, analysis, and report preparation for the delivery of health risk reports and other ad-hoc well-being reports. They will help manage quarterly and annual dashboards to reflect key performance metrics showcasing department accomplishments.

The professional must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively and to build and manage successful relationships with MVP members and internal and external business partners.

They will perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
Advanced degree preferred, MPH, MBA, Masters Level degree in health promotion, health education, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience:
At least 3 years equivalent experience in health education, public health, or other related health or business field.
Ideal candidate will have previous experience developing, implementing, and evaluating public health programming and interventions and have familiarity with strategic planning and data analysis.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based best practices and consumer research to develop, implement, and evaluate engaging interactive health promotion programs and interventions.
Working knowledge of behavioral change theory and application principles.
Able to leverage and analyze data to make informed recommendations and decisions.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.) and experience with databases, survey platforms, and information tracking programs.
Strong problem-solving, analytic, and organizational skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills and ability to conduct presentations and question-and-answer sessions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write communications, analyses, and reports for external customers.
Demonstrates reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of the team.
Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in all interactions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
Travel within the MVP service area is required (must have access to a reliable vehicle & possession of a valid driver's license).
Some early mornings/late evenings may be required on occasion.
