Job Summary
This is an onsite NetApp Professional Services resident position based in Warren, Michigan, with expectations to be in the office approximately 3 days a week. At a high level, we seek a StorageGrid and ONTAP resident who will handle the NetApp StorageGrid and FAS/AFF environment.
What you'll do:
• Coordinateandcommunicatewith NetApp Account team as well as working closely with customer VPs and staff members
• Onsite and remote subject matter expert (SME) with NetApp, IT infrastructure, applications, and Cloud services
• Function as "Technical Lead" and mentor on teams deploying large, complex, andstrategicprojects
• Understand and translate customer business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide detailed project planning, design, implementation, and final "As-Built" documentation
• Design and architect company marketed solution sets and other custom consulting
• Follow appropriate escalation guidelines, as required, during customer engagements
Job Requirements
• Expertise in NetApp StorageGrid deployment and administration
• Direct NetApp ONTAP administration, especially recent versions of ONTAP, 9.7+.
• Familiarity with data migration from NetApp to NetApp and/or knowledge of NetApp head controller upgrades.
• Experience with SAN, NAS, and/or DAS storage
• Qualified candidates are local to Warren, MI
Education/Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience, as outlined above
ONTAP and StorageGrid expertise is required
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or applicable training and certifications a plus, but not required

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $170,000 - $219,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
