\n What You'll Do: Lead the implementation of Tackle Software for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and gather client requirements to tailor solutions for customer GTM Strategy.Provide expert consultation and support during all phases of the software implementation lifecycle.Develop and deliver customized training sessions and documentation for end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tackle Software and Cloud Providers.Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tackle Software features, updates, and industry best practices around GTM with AWS, GCP, MSFT.Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.Generate and present detailed reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders. You Should Have: Proven experience in software implementation, preferably with Tackle Software or similar platforms.Strong understanding of Cloud Hyper Scalers (AWS, GCP, MSFT)Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
