Primary Responsibilities Engent offers a dynamic work environment where Program/Account Managers thrive, contributing to cutting-edge programs and enabling next-generation technologies (Enabling-Next-Gen-Tech).
As a client-facing Program/Account Manager, you will be integral to fulfilling this mission, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed customer expectations, and empowering customers to make impactful contributions to the world.
The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is passionate, organized, and disciplined, with the highest levels of integrity.
They excel in planning and managing all aspects of a project, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across all teams both internal and external.
This individual is proactive in anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure seamless project deliveries that delight customers and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities include Plan, monitor, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding managed customer expectations.Manage relationships to grow select accounts, serving as the primary interface from RFQ through delivery.Drive programs for select accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets. Minimum Requirements 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or engineering 5+ years of relevant customer facing experience in a related industry Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.Attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, and delighting customers.ERP system experience (e.g.
Manex) Preferred Requirements Micro-Electronics experienceCustom contract manufacturing experienceExperience managing new product introductions, new process development, and volume productionProject management and Gantt chart experienceExperience quoting electronics manufacturingTechnical Sales experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
