Program Administration Specialist

As a member of the team, you will provide associated technical support to  DLA's Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC) program  consisting of a multi-tenant virtual infrastructure supporting approximately 1,000 end users world- wide and around the clock. The EWSC core architecture is currently built upon the Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) product RSA Archer version 6.4 and leverages Out of the Box (OOB) software configurations (with no customizations) to meet the Government's needs. This contract covers support including cyber defense, information assurance, network operations and maintenance, lifecycle management, IT planning, system sustainment, system management, system integration, system administration, technical support, technical analysis and guidance, technical troubleshooting, testing and evaluation, software management, software configuration, data support and reporting, software inventory, application enhancement, service desk support, end user support, architectural and infrastructure management, audio visual and video teleconferencing, upgrade or technology change support, documentation support, training support. Responsibilities: As a Program Administration Specialist, you will bring extensive experience in utilizing project management tools and reporting systems, with a strong understanding of government contracts, work breakdown structures, management/business plans, and program reporting. Your role involves providing direct program support in contract administration, preparing management reports, and assisting the Program Manager on government contracts. You will be responsible for managing the preparation of management plans and various customer reports, developing and presenting results to program and executive management, and offering guidance to other administrative personnel. Additionally, you will coordinate schedules to ensure the timely completion of task orders, change proposals, contract deliverables, task order reviews, briefings, presentations, and In Progress Review (IPR) preparations. You will perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating plans and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are aligned with the broader objectives of the IT Professional labor categories with which this role is associated. Qualifications:Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or similarSecurity: IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
