This role will serve as a Program Analyst for CLEAR's TSA PreCheck enrollment offering.
Reporting to the PreCheck Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing critical processes that support business operations and fulfillment of government contract requirements.
You will leverage organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to fully own end-to-end processes and programs that support our field, corporate, and third-party contractor teams.
What you'll do: Serve as the end-to-end owner of critical employee credentialing processes Interface with internal and external stakeholders on process execution and optimization Own source-of-truth reporting for internal and external teams, and manage reporting integration with workforce management systems Constantly assess opportunities for process optimization and automation, including evaluating tools that can be implemented to support process management Ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders to drive seamless process execution and promote process and data transparency How you'll measure success: Successful and timely execution of processes Process efficiency improvements Organized and accurate reporting Stakeholder communication and engagement What you're great at: 1-2 years work experience in project/program management and/or operations Exceptional organization and project/program management skills, detailed oriented, with an ability to coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills, including high proficiency in Excel to generate clear, accurate reporting Bias for action and a strong sense of ownership, with an ability to take an initiative from inception to implementation to optimization and own the deliverables with minimal supervision Customer-oriented mindset and an ability to deliver results within the expected timeline Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship management, with an ability to influence outcomes and drive process buy-in How You'll be Rewarded:

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position.
Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
