Program Associate, Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh is Amazon's lead basket grocery program. The program is highly cross-functional in nature and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created.
We are looking for a talented, driven, and experienced individual for the Amazon Fresh program team. It is an important role that will contribute to the success of the business by enabling management of critical workstreams through planning, reporting, and review mechanisms.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage various business-critical workstreams.Gain in-depth knowledge of how the business operates and effectively convert program objectives into a plan.Own and publish various key updates and reports.Own deep dives and manage resolutions on key inputs associated with program areas such as Pricing and Selection.Manage multiple stakeholders to support the execution of the program plan.Minimum Requirements1+ years of data analytics or automation experience.1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or similar experience.Bachelor's degree.Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL.Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level.Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.Additionally, 2+ years of experience in analyst, associate program manager, or similar roles is required.
