Job Posting: Program Coordinator for Students With Disabilities (High School) Bloom Consulting is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting students through Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS).
Position Overview As a Program Coordinator, you will work directly with students, families, and schools to deliver impactful services and coordinate services aimed at fostering independence and employment readiness for high school aged students with disabilities. This role requires extensive travel, especially during the summer months, with a significant amount of time spent driving between locations. During the school year, travel is less intensive but still a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities Deliver Pre-ETS services, including job exploration, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy training. Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication for programs across multiple locations. Submit accurate and timely billing and documentation to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, employers, and community partners. Recruit, hire, and train contracted trainers to teach our curriculum. Adapt services to meet the unique needs of students and foster their success. What We're Looking For Travel Enthusiast: Must be comfortable with frequent travel, including extended periods on the road, and staying in hotels during summer months. Detail-Oriented:
