Reporting to the Assistant Director , the Program Coordinator will serve as the RMC internship Program Coordination recruiting, interviewing, and matching students with member companies, attend recruiting events, set up and host conferences, communication sessions, and materials related to the internship program, coordinate with communications to post recruiting positions on the website, handle the conference and Board of Advisor's meeting administrative and setup support. This role will also process and review financial transactions such as but not limited to invoices, ledgers, contracts, tracking expenditures, internal transfers for the department, and provide some human resources support for hiring documents, transactions, policy compliance direction for faculty/staff, and time entry.
