Job DescriptionAs the Program Coordinator Intern, you will report to the Director of Customer Relationship Management and assist the businesses with managing their interactions with customers and prospects to improve relationships and grow their business.
Responsibilities:Help coordinate CRM marketing campaigns across email, mobile push, and SMS channels, including execution and tracking.Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to provide applicable insights.Support product/sku placement on the website, ensuring proper process and coordination of placements.Monitor and report on the performance of product placements to improve merchandising strategies.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field of studyReturning to school in Fall 2025 to complete degreeBenefits/Perks: Fully remoteVolunteer Time OffGreat compensationFlexible work scheduleEligible for 401(k) participation in 90 daysAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
