NFI North, Oliver Place, a Residential Treatment Program for Adolescents 13-21, located in Bath, Maine currently has an opening for a Program Director. The program is a 6-bed community-based residential treatment program where you will work as part of a team to provide care and treatment interventions which help youth return successfully to their family or next placement.
The Program Director is responsible for the oversight of daily operations, managing a staff of approximately 14, who in turn provide treatment services for the youth served. Administrative duties include budget oversight, payroll, and facilitation of management and staff meetings. Leadership skills are a must.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work or Human Services plus 3 years supervisory experience or Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 4-7 years supervisory experience. Certification as an LCSW or LCPC preferred but not required.
