This position is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the clinic, including clinical matters, fiscal viability, and physical plant issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned: Supervise the clinic's operations according to the organization's administrative and clinical protocols, as well as all applicable federal and state regulations.Schedule staffing for the clinic's operating hours and manage payroll to budgeted levels.Function as a liaison with other community-based agencies.Complete staff performance reviews and evaluations annually.Screen, interview, and hire prospective staff.Supervise the collection of fees; submit timely, accurate billing records and reports.Assure that the building and grounds are maintained in a neat, clean, safe, and healthy manner.
Appoint and supervise the clinic's safety officer.Review and evaluate all requests for equipment and supplies; ensure timely delivery of all invoices to Governance Authority.Appoint and supervise the clinic's Quality Assurance Committee.Conduct and lead weekly Staff Meetings.Coordinate 24-hour emergency access.Permanent position on the Treatment Team for review and approval of patient(s) Individual Treatment Plan.Develop and maintain the clinic's outcomes management system.
Prepare quarterly reports.Arrange for staff development and training.Demonstrate knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, all State and Federal regulatory bodies.Accountable for implementing Policies and Procedures as outlined in company P&P, and in compliance with CARF standards.Resolve Patient Grievances as needed; resolve staff complaints as needed; evaluate Incident Reports as needed.Serve as the Facilities' Chief Privacy Officer as required by HIPAA standards.Serve as the clinic's designated Equal Opportunity Officer.Serve as Proxy for the Program Sponsor at quarterly Program Director's Meetings with the State Opioid Treatment Authority.Carry patient caseload as required by Governance Body. Job Standards/Minimum Qualifications:Four-year degree in counseling or related field, or experience in another field of similar experience.Master's degree in the human services field preferred.A minimum of three years of supervisory experience is required.Must have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID and provide appropriate license or certificate. Physical Requirements:Frequent sitting at a desk or computer while typing, completing paperwork, or meeting with patients.Occasional lifting/carrying paperwork, files, office supplies, up to 50 lbs.Occasional push/pull exerting up to 5-10 lbs.
