Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is a not-for-profit social service agency with more than 100 program sites throughout the state of Illinois. LSSI is hiring a full-time Program Director (Next Steps), Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00pm. Supervise the daily operations and delivery of substance use services in a Residential Rehabilitation Program. Provide direct supervision to staff in the Next Steps program. Collaborate with other LSSI programs/departments, including Central Intake and Development, as needed.Review both written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social service field is required.Master's degree in a social service field is preferred.3-5 years of experience in substance use field with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.CADC or the ability to obtain a CADC within 18 months of hire is required.LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW is preferred.Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Occasional driving may be required.Access to reliable transportation.
