Program Director (Newport Beach)

We are seeking a highly qualified Program Director to lead our clinical team and customer service representatives.
This position requires a licensed therapist capable of supervising associate therapists (clinical case managers) and ensuring that clients' progress is meticulously monitored throughout a 3-month treatment process.
The Program Director will play a key role in managing departmental operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
