RESPONSIBILITIES Full operational responsibility and accountability for the execution of the program Monitors service delivery, subcontractor performance, and allocation of resources Manages all contractual, technical, financial, and administration functions Manages efficient team performance to meet task, resource, and schedule requirements Ensures successful contract performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components Possesses and applies a comprehensive project management knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments Oversee all aspects of multiple projects/changes and workstreams Primary POC for any technical, performance, or contractual issues Architecting solutions to support health services and comparative effectiveness research If you are interested in joining a team that values employee engagement, empowerment, work life balance, career development, and recognizing employees for a job well done, apply today! Required Experience : Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams Ability to assess requirements and prioritize/assign tasks to meet customer needs Experience briefing key stakeholders, Government clients, and senior leaders Possess excellent writing ability and oral communication skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strategic thinking and ability to drive execution results Demonstrates advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in support of multiple large organizations Education: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field (required) Master's degree in IT-related field (preferred) Years of Experience: Ten or more years IT program management experience Five or more years IT program management experience in DoD environment Certification Requirements : Project Management Professional certification Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification Clearance Requirements: DIA adjudicated clearance TS, SCI eligible Preferred : Experience working with DISA Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
