The Program Financial Coordinator is a key member of the project management team responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of construction projects. This role involves ensuring accurate financial tracking, ensures forecasts are being completed, and reporting to ensure projects stay within budget and financial goals are met. The coordinator works closely with project managers, contractors, and finance teams to manage invoices, payments, and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. This person will maintain deep financial knowledge of all assigned projects and communicate daily with the Project Manager's and Program Construction Manager to effectively manage and document all aspects of finances of the Program projects. They will focus on creating efficiencies in the workflow process to help E2 Optics with growth and profitability. This person will be accountable for following and helping to improve the approved E2 Optics processes.

Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and forecasts.Track and report on project costs and expenditures.Prepare financial reports and present findings to management and internal stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project budgets.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.Prepare and review financial documents.Serve as the primary financial liaison between project teams, contractors, and finance departments.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration regarding financial matters.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.Implement best practices for financial management within construction projects.Other responsibilities as assigned by the Program Construction Manager Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics. Education: High School Diploma required.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related field; or at least7 years work experience in a relevant field of experience. Experience: Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
