Join our growing team as a Program Manager where you develop long-term strategy and provide oversight to business transformation and technology projects supporting our Legal capability. In this role, you will collaborate a wide array of teams and capabilities closely aligned to the legal capability within Koch Industries. Your responsibility will include the providing direction, resourcing, and overseeing implementation, execution, and completion of project outcomes and goals. Our Team

Our team members are key contributors through the application of frameworks and principles with an emphasis on leveraging critical and economic thinking to drive value. What You Will Do Partner with various practice areas and other senior leaders to frame up opportunities aligned to capability vision and priorities Perform intake assessment, set priority, establish roadmap, and oversee the delivery of multiple projects Effectively communicate relevant program status information to leaders and stakeholders Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change Partner with project manager, business analysts, and various other resources to ensure projects are being delivered successfully according to stakeholder expectations Use problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges Effectively utilize each team member to their fullest potential while motivating the team to work together efficiently Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and drive strategies aligned to business priorities Experience managing programs with varying complexity, including application selection and implementation, and business process transformation Experience framing up new projects and determining the resources necessary to achieve outcomes Ability to organize and lead multi-disciplinary projects and influence decisions Effectively communicate with leaders and stakeholders at all levels What Will Put You Ahead Experience working in the legal field Experience overseeing project resources such as project managers, business analysts, and project coordinators Active participation on product teams Skilled in applying organizational change management Experience leading large-scale initiatives focused on people and process changes
