Title: Program Manager, Cybersecurity

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a public trust.
Number of Position(s): 1 Work Schedule: 6 am- 6pm
Work Day: Monday - Friday Ability to Travel: 10% Job Description:
Program Manager who shall be a prime contractor employee and responsible for all services performed under this statement of work.
The Project Manager shall be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
It is anticipated that the Project Manager shall be the senior level employee provided by the Contractor for this work effort.
The name of the Project Manager, and the name(s) of any alternate(s) who shall act for the Contractor in the absence of the Project Manager, shall be provided to the Government.
Demonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the requirements of the statement of work.
Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements like those in this statement of work.
Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government official.
Demonstrated experience in development of training techniques.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Minimum 7 years' experience.
Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity management.
Developing schedules and formulating work plans; Creating long and short-term plans and milestones; Performing project quality control; Managing teams of 20+ personnel; and Client knowledge of various mission areas of CISA Divisions and Mission Enabling Offices (MEO).
