Job Title: Program Manager (EFOM) Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Program Manager (PM) in Vienna Virginia.
The Program Manager willmanage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction and sustainment contract for Tier 3 Data Center program.
Serve as interface between the customer and the company.
Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.
*** This position is contingent upon contract award.
*** Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the satisfactory, timely, and professional completion of all work on this Shall be on-site full time during regular working Shall be available 24/7/365 to the USG either in person or by telephone.
Shall be issued a government smart Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management of similar size and scope.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience must be on contracts in a secure government environment of similar size and scope that exceeds $5,000,000 annual contract Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, managing personnel of similar quantity and scope Possess at least one of the following certificates: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM Meet with USG to take and clarify requirements of facility Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with USG and Contractor Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secrete SCI network Facilities SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified Use and continually develop leadership Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.
Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Project QualificationsCurrent Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Must betechnically qualified in the field of Maintenance Management in a Tier 3 Data Center Must havea minimum, ten (10) years' experience of a facility of similar scope and size .
Minimum of five (5) years of experience must be on contracts in a secure government environment of similar size and scope that exceeds $5,000,000 annual contract Possess at least one of the following certificates: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Project Must haveworking experience with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes and standards Experience using CMMS is preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Completion of OSHA 30 preferred.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
